Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients
100ml Almond -natural, unsweetened (or milk of your choice)
1 large Eating apple eating /or two small
1tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Cardamom
2 Medjool Dates
3tbs Gluten Free Oats
2 tsp Chia seeds
1tbsp Lemon juice -optional
1 serving unflavoured Protein powder (natural and unsweetened) of choice
A few Ice cubes


Method
Wash, peel, and core the apples, then cut into small chunks. Remove the stones from the dates. Place the apples, dates, and plant-based milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Next add the cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, oats, chia seeds, ice cubes, lemon juice, protein powder and blend again.
Serve immediately.
